Microsoft is working on a new privacy feature in Windows 11 settings that will let users easily see which software and hardware have access to sensitive features such as the camera, microphone and location data, reports Windows Latest.
The function is presented as a timeline of which programs or hardware had access to, for example, the camera and when they last had access. However, it is not possible to see when something in the list was given permission to have access to, for example, the camera for the first time.
When the new privacy feature will appear in the standard version of Windows 11 is currently unknown.
