By now you are probably familiar with Instagram and the ability to add different filters to make your photos more interesting. The British company Tens has taken the concept further and has launched a pair of sunglasses with built-in filters.
According to Tens, ordinary sunglasses offer a rather dull shade of existence where colors are toned down. Ten’s sunglasses protect both against UV rays while rendering the surroundings with warmer and clearer colours.
So far, Tens only offers one type of lens. However, the company is seeking further investment via Indiegogo, and if it succeeds in bringing in more capital, it plans to release several models with different types of filters.
Tens can be pre-ordered already now and delivery will take place around June. The price is 36 British pounds (about SEK 400).
