Only days after Steve Jobs presented the new iPhone 4, it began to move regularly on many American websites as second-hand goods. The number of ads for older iPhone models increased drastically, writes Cnet.
According to the website Gazelle.com, which is a secondary market for electronic gadgets, it has received over 10,000 ads from people who want to sell their old iPhone models.
– We have experienced much higher pressure this year compared to last year when the iPhone 3gs was launched. There is a bit of gossip about how sales of the Iphone 4 will be, says Israel Ganot at Gazelle.com to Cnet.
A search on Ebay shows that there are now almost 4,000 ads trying to sell Iphone 3gs. The iPhone 4 will go on sale in the US on June 24, and it will arrive in Sweden sometime at the end of July.
Yesterday, Apple began taking pre-orders for the iPhone 4 in the US, UK, Japan, France and Germany.
