Recently, Microsoft chose to post the source code for the included calculator in Windows 10 on Github, with the aim of making the program better.
Now Zdnet reports that around thirty suggestions for improvements have been submitted, which has resulted in Microsoft now deciding to include support for graphs.
The idea is that, with the changes, the Calculator will become a better tool for students.
– Currently, the Calculator in Windows does not have the functions that students require, says Dave Grochocki from Microsoft in a comment to Zdnet.
Microsoft has not announced when the new version of Calculator will be released, but hopefully it won’t be too long.
