After being hacked for about a week, Sony is now sending out warning emails to its Swedish customers. Among other things, the company warns that the hackers may have come across the following information: Name, address (city, zip code), country, email address, date of birth, password and login details for Playstation Network/Qriocity and nickname/PSN online ID.

It has not yet been determined whether the hackers also came across the users’ registered account card details or not.
“While there is no indication that credit card information has been stolen, we cannot rule it out
the possibility”, writes Sony.
Swedbank has not yet seen any fraud linked to the PlayStation Network or Qriocity breach.
– Currently, we have not recommended customers to block their cards as it has not been confirmed whether the card details have been stolen. Until then, we monitor the cards according to our normal fraud monitoring routines, says Emma Bergfeldt, press contact at Swedbank.
