If you long for a brand new version of the Microsoft office suite, you don’t have to wait much longer. In connection with the Ignite conference in Orlando, the company announced that we will see Office 2019 next year.
Among other things, the new Office package will offer more formulas and charts in Excel, as well as new animations in Powerpoint. Other news will be presented at a later date.
The target group for Office 2019 is primarily companies and organizations, for private individuals Microsoft’s recommendation is to use the Office 365 cloud service.
The first preview versions will be released during the summer and then the sharp version will be released sometime in the fall.
