Dell announced this week that it has teamed up with Nickelodeon to produce a special children’s version of Dell’s Mini 10v netbook. Among other things, the computer comes with a program that connects the user to the virtual meeting place on Whyville.net.
The Nickelodeon Netbook will be delivered in three different designs. One model is painted green “slime” all around. Two more models painted with the TV characters Icarly or Spongebob Squarepants will also be offered.
Dell has not yet announced a price for the Nickelodeon Netbook, but it will be available for sale in the US in October. It is not clear whether the computer will be available in Sweden.
