For the second time in a couple of months, Windows Phone 7 users have been hit with problems downloading updates for the mobile operating system. Already in February, a large number of users had problems downloading a software update.
Last week, Microsoft admitted that owners of the Samsung Focus mobile phone in the US were unable to download the latest software update. After the problems were discovered, Microsoft has also stopped all updates for owners of the Samsung Omnia 7 in Europe.
– We have detected a technical problem with the update for this model. We are working on developing a new update as soon as possible, writes a representative for Microsoft in a blog post.
Microsoft has published a web page where users can check when an update is available in a particular country.
