Despite previous reports of problems with the new iPhone 3GS model, customers seem to be satisfied with their purchase. According to a survey conducted by the analysis company Changewave, 99 percent of iPhone owners state that they are satisfied. 82 percent state that they are very satisfied, writes Appleinsider.
The survey is based on interviews with 200 people in the US who bought the new Iphone 3GS. According to 55 percent of the respondents were satisfied with the Iphone but think that the American mobile operator AT&T was the biggest disappointment.
The second biggest complaint about the iPhone was the battery life, where 42 percent of respondents think it is too short. Eight percent were dissatisfied that their company’s IT department does not support the iPhone.
